I watched this video yesterday and it moved me so much. I’ve shared it with some of my friends, non-drinkers as well, and they agree, the message is powerful!! My favorite part was when she defined courage, coming from it’s original meaning, is to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart ❤️

    I never thought of myself as an alcoholic but I turn down even 1 glass of wine now. I know I can’t drink without starting again. Too vulnerable. Now Mocktails.
